John joined NNS in 2024 with a vision of helping more healthcare providers be successful by delivering a higher standard of specialized clinical care and enabling their patients with better communication and education.
He comes to NNS with over 10 years of experience in implementing strategies to help healthcare providers lead a successful practice. Throughout that time, John has consulted for over 1,000 healthcare clients, ranging from solo providers, to hospitals, and medical device manufacturers. As a former CEO of a national healthcare marketing company, John spearheaded the company's mission to enhance the lives of healthcare providers and the patients they treat.
He is committed to proving an exceptional experience for NNS's clients and their patients by driving initiatives that lead to greater scale, improved operational efficiency, and overall organizational success.

With over 20 years of experience in leading and optimizing clinical care pathways, Amy has a deep understanding of care coordination, the patient experience, and clinical team leadership. In her current role at NNS, Amy oversees multiple high-impact navigation programs from inception through ongoing delivery. Committed to excellence, Amy continually strives to provide exceptional clinical outcomes on behalf of clients.
Prior to NNS, Amy spent the majority of her career at the Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Heart/Lung Transplant Coordinator preceded by years in the Cardiac Surgical ICU.
